Consultation and Payment

Payment needs to be received prior to Consultation.

Any Personal Information provided by you is governed by terms of our Privacy Policy.

Rescheduling

To reschedule your consultation, email us at info@migrationcentreofaustralia.com.au or call us at +61 2 4626 1002 twelve hours prior to your scheduled time. We may not be able to reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours notice.

Cancellations and Refund

We do not generally offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, refunds due to unforeseen circumstance or ineligibility will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

Late and No Shows

In the event that you are late to your appointment, we do not guarantee that you will receive the full duration of your consultation. If you miss your appointment all together we will not issue a refund and you will need to reschedule upon payment again
