Eligibility & Criteria for E-Visitor Visa (Subclass 651)
- Have sufficient funds to support yourself while you are in Australia
- Have incentive to return to your home country
- Have no intention to undertake paid-work during your stay
- Meet health & character requirements
- Have a genuine intention to visit Australia temporarily
You can lodge application for E-Visitor visa online and thus, you do not have to submit paper application. You must lodge visa application while you are outside Australia and you must be outside Australia at the time a decision is made on your application.
Visa applications are usually processed within 48 hours with visa validity of 12 months. You can enter Australia for up to 3 months at a time during the validity period.
